For any return of the BUNGEEMATE product, either for exchange or refund, the
purchaser should contact the seller first,
via phone call or email, to communicate their need for the return
or any problems they have
as to alleviate any miscommunications between buyer and
seller and speed up the return
procedures.
If, when received, the purchaser finds they are not 100%
satisfied with the BUNGEEMATE product, the purchaser may return
the product within 30 days of purchase, in a new, unused and
resalable condition, along with their receipt of purchase for a
full refund less transaction fees and shipping costs.
If, when received, the purchaser finds a problem or defect in
materials or workmanship of their BUNGEEMATE components, the purchaser may return the
product, along with the sales receipt and an explanation of the
damage or problem with the product, for exchange for the same product or for
similar product of the same value within 30 days of purchase. The components can NOT have been installed or used prior to
return. A pro rated return may be imposed by seller for opened, damaged
or used components which are returned.
The buyer is solely responsible for the cost of shipping the product for
either return or exchange.
